Leading the SCKB/SVKB teams is Thomas (Tom) Goode, a lifelong journeyman contractor with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and home building trades. From framing to fine woodworking and cabinetry, Tom is known for his passion and perfectionism. His mantra is “If I am faithful with the little I am given, I will be made faithful over much.”

Heather has been a kitchen designer for 24 years in the Santa Cruz community. Her enthusiasm and genuine love for the business is truly contagious. She is intensely focused on her clients and devoted to leading and serving the SCKB/SVKB design staff. Heather’s personal mission is to bring quality design and the utmost respect to any job, regardless of scope or budget.

Andrew Wightman
Andrew WightmanDesigner
Andrew has been working with Santa Cruz Kitchen and Bath for 13 years. His strong design background, specializing in apparel design, makes him one of SCKB’s most out of the box and provocative designers. He grew up with his architect father and loves a mid-century modern aesthetic. Creative use of materials, colors and textures are the trademarks of Andrew’s projects.
Barbara Diamond

After successful careers in non-profit development and high tech management Barbara had an opportunity to go back to school and get a degree in interior design. It was there she discovered her love of kitchens and baths. Eventually she came to Santa Cruz Kitchen & Bath and has been a valuable team member ever since. She believes firmly that form must follow function so each kitchen or bath performs as beautifully as it looks.
Kimberly Cole
Kimberly ColeDesigner
Kimberly has over 20 years’ experience in the field of interior design working in home furnishings. She became a kitchen designer in 2007. Kimberly loves to transform spaces through useful and meaningful design. In her own words, “I have developed some great relationships over the years with my clients! Listening to and fulfilling their needs and desires helps me to provide the kitchen that they dreamed of.”
Lori Morello
Lori MorelloDesigner
Prior to joining SCKB, Lori ran Morello Design for over 15 years. Her extensive experience in new construction and custom interior furnishings has proven invaluable to SCKB and its clients. One of Lori’s passions is tile design, working creatively with color palettes to provide beautiful custom layouts. Lori enjoys helping clients see their dream bathrooms come to life. Her hobbies and free-time activities include scrapbooking, spending time with family, and growing colorful summer Dahlias. Lori has a BA in interior design from Arizona State University.
Sheryl Wimsatt

Sheryl has been with Santa Cruz Kitchen and Bath for over 14 years. With a degree in retail with an emphasis on furniture, Sheryl has extensive knowledge in home styling. Her strong attention to detail and passion for helping her clients define their style make her projects cohesive, intuitive and functional. Sheryl believes that it is possible to “have it all” and brings a can-do attitude to all of her projects.
Susan Loshkajian
Susan LoshkajianDesigner
Sue has been designing kitchens and baths for over 25 years. Her skill and instinct for design manifested early in life: she built her first table at 7 years old. Sue went on to become the first woman ever in her high school shop class. Following her passion, she pursued a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Woodworking Furniture Design at Boston University. She later turned her love of woodworking into SL Custom Cabinets in Portland, OR. From the first meeting to the finished product, Sue will work with you to reimagine your space to match your specific needs.

Thomas’ career spans over 30 years. He owned and operated his own construction and remodeling business for 24 years. After relocating to Northern California, he managed a kitchen showroom and ultimately settled here at Salinas Valley Kitchen and Bath. Thomas brings extensive experience and knowledge to his projects. He is known for his great sense of humor and practical approach to design.
Christine Pini
Christine PiniDesigner
Christine came to Santa Cruz Kitchen and Bath after ten years in high-end commercial design in New York and Philadelphia. She has always been interested in interior design, redoing her own room annually as a child. Christine went on to obtain her Bachelor in Fine Art in interior design from Moore College of Art Design and later obtained her National Council for Interior Design Qualification. She takes a highly client-driven approach to design, ensuring she understands the clients’ vision for their space and then bringing that vision to life. In addition to her passion for interior design, Christine enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures and traditions.
